GetSrvd may text only people who ask for a demo and agree to receive texts. This page sets out exactly how that agreement is given and the messages that follow.
Every message comes from GetSrvd and identifies GetSrvd by name. Messages are about the demo the person asked for: suggested times, the time agreed, reminders, and follow-up about that request. Nothing else is marketed under this consent.
On GetSrvd’s demo request form, a person gives a mobile number, an email address, or both. The mobile number is optional. A separate tick box reads exactly:
I agree to receive text messages from GetSrvd about my demo request, including scheduling, reminders and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The box is never ticked in advance, and the request can be sent without ticking it. GetSrvd may text a number only if this box was ticked, and records the words shown and the time the request was sent.
