Version 1.0 · effective 25 October 2026
What changed from the version of 22 October 2026: these terms are final, and they replace that version in full. They add accounts, ending the service, warranties, liability and governing law, and they no longer carry the sections on payment and on what the service does.
GetSrvd LLC, of Muncie, Indiana (“GetSrvd”), provides software to service businesses so they can quote, schedule, carry out and invoice work. These terms are an agreement between GetSrvd and each business that uses it. The person who accepts them for a business confirms they may do so for that business. If you are a customer of one of those businesses, your agreement for the work itself is with that business, not with GetSrvd.
The business owner is responsible for keeping logins secure and for everything done under their account.
Do not use the service to break the law, to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, to attempt to reach another business's information, or to interfere with the service working for anyone else.
Text messages are covered by our Privacy page and Text message consent page. In short: messages only if you agreed, frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them or HELP for help.
GetSrvd does not promise that the service will always be available.
Either side may end the service at any time. GetSrvd may suspend the service for non-payment or a breach of these terms. When the service ends, the business's data is kept and deleted as our Privacy Policy describes.
The service is provided “as is”, with no warranty beyond what the law requires. To the extent the law allows, GetSrvd gives no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
GetSrvd’s total liability is capped at the fees the business paid in the 12 months before the claim.
GetSrvd is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability, or a right of yours, that the law does not allow to be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Any dispute about them is decided in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
We may update these terms. When we do, the version and date at the top change, with a note of what changed. Substantive changes will be communicated to businesses using the platform before they take effect.
